GEORGE ROSENBERG

Director

George Rosenberg was born in Austria. He is an advocate, admitted to the Quebec, Canada Bar in 1962 and the Israel Bar in 1969.

He has carried on an international practice, specializing in tax planning and Trust Law. He has also published widely, e.g.: Legal Aspects of Doing Business in the Middle East – Israel, International Business Series, Kluwer Law and Taxation Publishers, International Joint Ventures in Israel, International Joint Ventures, Matthew Bender & Company, Inc., and various taxation journals. He is also the creator and one of the authors of the Israel section of the Private Banking and Financial Products helpdesks in the Baker & McKenzie LawInContext Website.

He is a founding member of the Israeli branch of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). He is also a member of the International Bar Association (past National Reporter for Israel on the Tax Committee) and the International Tax Planning Association.
He is the founder of OTC and is in charge of all trust matters.
